The following is the outline of the Spirit of Israel Charity ride.

 

Day 1: Wednesday March 27th: Welcome riders, orientation, dinner and lodging in a hotel in the Zichron Yaakov area. 

 

Day 2: Thursday March 28th: First day of riding. The ride will take place on jeep trails in the Zichron Yaakov, Mt Carmel area. Following the ride, we will travel by bus to our Jerusalem hotel and enjoy an evening in the Shuk. 

 

Day 3: Friday March 29th: Ride in the Jerusalem area until early afternoon with kids from Spirit of Israel programs. Kabbalat Shabbat and walk to the Kotel. Shabbat dinner at the hotel. Visit a Chassidic court in Mea Shearim after dinner. Lodging in Jerusalem 

 

Day 4: Shabbat March 30th: Free time in the morning. Optional prayer service in the Great Synagogue. After lunch in the hotel, a walking tour of the old city. On Motzei Shabbat, we will do a night ride in Jerusalem. Lodging in Jerusalem. 

 

Day 5: Sunday March 31st: Travel by bus in the morning to Arad for a day of riding to Masada. Climb Masada for a guided tour. Travel from Masada to Kfar Nokdim for dinner and lodging. 

 

Day 6: Monday April 1st: Travel by bus to the Sde Boker area and ride in the area around Sde Boker/Ein Ovdat. Travel to Kedma hotel for dinner and lodging. 

 

Day 7: Tuesday April 2nd: Travel by bus to Mitzpe Rimon and ride in the Mitzpe Rimon region. Enjoy a post ride barbecue followed by the bus dropping off the riders in Jerusalem or Ben Gurion airport.
